Is your site safe to put my credit card information on?
Absolutely! We use the most up to date sophisticated security for your order processing. See the little green lock by our .com address, that means it's secure.

What happens when I place an order online?
Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation immediately and you can print out a copy of your order. We update you at once if we are out of stock, or know that if you don’t hear from us it will ship out within 24 hours

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please call #800-476-2538 or send an email to help@wennerwear.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If your order has been processed and shipped already, you can send the item(s) back and we will refund your money.

When will my order be processed?
Most orders placed before 10:00 PM Eastern Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise, we will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped from Florida so you should expect 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes, once your item has been shipped we will email you with tracking information. We want you to know where your order is at all times.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only collected for items being shipped to the state of Florida.

How is my item shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex, you choose at checkout. We do ship to PO boxes.


What is your Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?
We want you to LOVE us so all merchandise is guaranteed for our customer's 100% satisfaction. We will immediately send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received. Sorry, custom colors, special orders and embroidered items are not returnable.

What if I want to return an item because I don't like the color or feel of the fabric?
No problem! You have 30 days after receiving your item to decide if you love it, or hate it. If you hate it, no worries! Send it back to us. We will give you a full refund minus the shipping.  Items must be in the condition we shipped it to you.

How do I return an item for an exchange or different size?
You have 30 days upon receipt in which to contact us regarding a return/exchange. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Ship to WennerWear PO Box 294 Edgewater FL  32132. Place a copy of the invoice or a note with your phone number in case of questions. Please pay for tracking in case it's lost in the mail.
